Do you negotiate pricing?

No. We keep pricing clear and fixed so the process stays simple and premium for both sides.

Can I start with a website and upgrade later?

Yes. Many clients start with Launch Site and move into Product Build or Growth Retainer once the foundation is live.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review your requirements, confirm whether the selected plan is the right fit, and lock a meeting slot based on the date and time you requested.

Commercial Terms

Invoices and taxes

All invoices are issued by Tessa Labs Pvt Ltd. GST is charged additionally if applicable.

Advance to begin

Projects are scheduled only after the initial payment is received. Time is blocked after payment, not after verbal excitement.

Scope changes

If the requirement expands beyond the listed plan, scope is moved to an add-on or a new quote. “It is just one small thing” is usually how large scope drift introduces itself.

Payment delays

If a milestone payment is delayed, the project timeline pauses as well. Delivery speed and payment discipline tend to be close friends.

Refunds

Kickoff payments are non-refundable once the project has started and strategy or design work has begun. This protects the time already allocated and the work already produced.

Hosting, domains, third-party tools

Recurring costs for hosting, domains, email tools, analytics tools, or external subscriptions are billed separately unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
